Custom Home Design Fee:
Kenzo Home Designs charge only $0.70 per square foot for custom homes
For Example: 1500 sq. ft. home area x $0.70 = $1,050 + GST (5%)
Kenzo Home Design doesn't charge for the attached Garage.
Finish Basement Design Fee:
Kenzo Home Designs charge $0.35 per square foot for the finish basement design.
For Example: 800 sq. ft. basement area x $0.35 = $280 + GST (5%)
Detached Garage Design Fee:
Kenzo Home Designs charge:
1. Garages not more than 600 sq. ft. = $350
2. Garages from 601 sq. ft. to 1000 sq. ft. = $500
3. Garages from 1001 sq. ft. and above we charge a $0.50 per square foot
